President's Message
Dear SCCC Members,
We hope that you are having a good start to the new year. That you have had the opportunity to recharge and feel energised for 2022. At the SCCC, we look forward to moving into this new year with you and to open up new perspectives.
We have all been through a few storms, unexpected ones the least to say, from new Covid-19 variants in 2021 to, well, quite a snow storm a few weeks ago! However, we are convinced that 2022 will be rich in positive changes and innovation.
As Morgan Freeman quotes: “challenging ourselves is the only path which leads to growth”. At the SCCC, we have learned to challenge ourselves in order to improve and get stronger, which will be reflected this year. We started our activities on January 19 with our first webinar about Artificial Intelligence. AI is not just one thing, but a constellation of many different technologies working together, ranging from applications and softwares to sophisticated machines emulating human intelligence. The opportunities seem unlimited.
In the past few months, industries have been showing signs of recovery while adapting to new circumstances. At the same time, we are seeing our community supporting each other and moving in the same direction.
Thank you to all of you who are supporting our Chamber and for sharing our vision.
