The star item is our fabulous schiacciata bread baked fresh in-house on a daily basis. Sandwich Society had been a well-known establishment for a number of years; before Swiss entrepreneur couple Sandra & Laurent Rossier (who moved to Canada after having spent 20 years in Asia) took over the business in late 2022. Excited by this new opportunity and with a highly motivated team hired, Sandwich Society started operations again on January 16, 2023 with a grand opening celebration on May 6, 2023. (Check out the highlights from the opening by clicking the link at the end of the text)

The team at Sandwich Society is committed to producing highest quality products, using ingredients sourced in Ontario and Canada when ever possible. In addition to running the shop on 146 Kerr Street in Oakville, the team has successfully started catering for companies (team lunches, for client meetings, department birthday celebrations etc) and for catering for private households entertaining (and impressing) family and friends and home. The feedback from our news corporate customers has been outstanding!
