Artificial Intelligence (AI) surrounds our everyday life. Yet, despite its massive use and impact on all of us, we often oversimplify it as a black magical box. The seminar defined AI more precisely, but without entering into technicalities. It also discussed the fascinating challenges and opportunities around its use, such as questions related to ethics, transparency, responsibility. Last but not least it explored how AI can be used to understand customers' complex journey better.
